The CM-50 ARGUS consists of a monobloc unit that integrates a variety of operations in just one machine, to guarantee very high levels of efficiency in the crucial counting, filling and capping phases.
Suitable for solid products, this machine counts each tablet, capsule, pill and hard or soft gelatine. Depending on the type of production and specific customer requirements, the machine can accommodate operator protection (RABS) or product protection systems (Laminar Flow). All parts in contact with the product (hopper, vibrating trays, pre-counting tubes, product funnels), can be easily removed for cleaning, or maintenance. The monobloc integrates a performing intermittent motion station for bottle capping. With this station, Siempharma covers all production requirements for speeds up to 50 pieces per minute. All different types of caps (pressure, screw-on, pilfer proof, etc.) can be handled.
Electrical plant managed with PLC with constant diagnosis of peripherals status. Touch screen HMI 18,5” LCD operator panel has user friendly interface in compliance with CFR 21 part 11. Completed with UPS to grant operations in case of electrical failure.
Machine SW developed to manage machine operation and prearranged to be interfaced with customer production management network (OPC UA / OPC Unified Architecture).
