AUTOMATIC BLISTERING MACHINE BC-135 SR VULCAN
The Blister packing machines BC-135 SR VULCAN, the most compact machine in its production range, have been designed to form blisters in PVC/ALU (if properly equipped, they can process different forming/lidding materials like ALU/ALU, Polypropylene, PET, PVC + ACLAR, etc.). The design and balcony-type structure make it extremely accessible, easy to use and allow a full view of the entire production flow. Conforming to GMP guidelines, the BC-135 SR VULCAN machine cables and other connections are housed inside the machine structure granting a fast and complete cleaning operation. These machines mold cavities into forming material, feed products of different shapes into cavities (capsules, tablets, oblongs, etc.), seal the lid material and discharge the blisters onto the outfeed conveyor.
