AUTOMATIC LABELLING MACHINE ETF-100 CITHARA

The ETF-100 CITHARA has been designed by Siempharma offering the user an extremely compact and versatile machine available with short lead time at a competitive price, which is capable of guaranteeing high performance linked to its simplicity of use and maintenance. This label applicator is a fully automatic machine with an integrated conveyor system; it is a self-sufficient small labelling line providing for conveying, handling and labelling. It can therefore be used both offline or connected to other packaging machines (e.g. filling machines).

This automatic wrapping system is ideal for labelling cylindrical jars, bottles, vessels, and products made of plastic, glass or metal-containing food, chemicals and cosmetics. The system offers production speeds from 50 up to 100 pcs/min, in standard configurations, or higher for customized or tailor-made labelling systems.

The modular design allows fitting, on the main machine body, labelling machines of different widths and speeds, as well as a wide range of ancillary devices that complete the main functions providing complete wrap-around labelling.

The system is compatible with different types of print units – hot stamp, thermal transfer, and inkjet – manufactured by major manufacturers such as Videojet, Wolke, Markem-Imaje, HAS, and Carl Valentine to print any codes, variable data and images.
